We are the "parent" birds

A Cuckoo is a bird. It lays one egg in a nest of another bird species. When the Cuckoo chick hatches, it ejects from the nest the eggs and/or chicks of the birds which built the nest, and is fed all the food by the "parent" birds. The parent Cuckoo takes no part in bringing up it's chick.

An absolutely brilliant description of me and my husbands life. We are the "parent" birds and our ex's are the Cuckoos.

Stay tuned for further post.

  1. Well, I guess I am a parent bird too! Oh, man I had just got done talking about the crazyness of it all right before reading your first post. Funny :)
